1) Who we are

Noviantis, Inc. (Noviantis, Inc.) is a Florida corporation with principal business address 20803 BISCAYNE BLVD, SUITE 440, AVENTURA, FL 33180, USA.

2) What we provide

We provide (a) informational company websites and (b) Noviantis Payments, a software and operations platform that supports merchant onboarding and payment operations.

3) Merchant onboarding and verification

We may require documentation for business and identity verification, and may request additional information depending on risk and volume.
We may suspend or deny onboarding if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with your public presence.

4) Merchant of record and customer responsibility

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the merchant is the Merchant of Record for their sales. Merchants are responsible for: customer support, delivery/fulfillment, refunds, disputes, product quality, and compliance with applicable laws.

5) Fees

Platform fees and payment processing fees (if any) are disclosed to the merchant before activation and may vary by business profile.

6) Prohibited and restricted activity

Merchants may not use the platform for illegal activity or prohibited business categories. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

7) Termination

Merchants may request to close their access. We may suspend or terminate access for compliance, risk, or policy violations. Outstanding balances, refunds, and disputes may continue to be handled after termination, as required.
