How it works

Merchants submit business details, a public website, and verification info when required.

2) Payment operations

Merchants accept card payments, issue refunds, and manage disputes through a clear workflow.

3) Payout visibility

Balances, payout schedules, and required actions are visible in the merchant portal.

Merchant of record (MoR)

Each merchant is responsible for their sales, customer support, refunds, and disputes for orders processed under their store. Our platform provides onboarding and payment operations tooling, but does not sell the merchant’s products to end customers.

What we require from merchants

We only onboard legitimate businesses with transparent policies and contact methods.

Public website

A live website describing products/services, with clear customer service contact and policies.

Fulfillment & returns

Transparent delivery timelines, return/refund process, and cancellation rules where applicable.

Restricted activity controls

No prohibited or restricted products/services. We may request additional details depending on risk.
