Compliance Merchant onboarding checklist
Built for clean onboarding and fewer disputes.

We onboard merchants that operate transparently, provide clear customer support, and follow strict restrictions on prohibited activity. This helps protect customers, merchants, and platform partners.

Merchant onboarding checklist

1) Public website

Your website must be live (not password-locked) and clearly describe what you sell, including pricing and your business identity.

2) Customer support contact

Provide direct contact methods on your site (e.g., email, phone, live chat) so customers can reach you.

3) Fulfillment policies (for physical goods)

Clearly publish shipping/delivery timelines, return/refund process, and (if relevant) cancellation rules.

4) Business verification

Be ready to provide business registration, identity verification, and additional documentation depending on volume and risk profile.

5) Restricted & prohibited activity

We do not support prohibited businesses or products. If you fall into a restricted category, you may require extra review or may not be eligible.

What reduces approvals (avoid this)
No clear support contact
If customers can’t reach you, disputes rise quickly.
Missing fulfillment policies
Shipping, returns, and refunds should be easy to find and easy to understand.
Unclear business identity
Make sure your site shows your business name, what you sell, and how you operate.
