Merchant Terms (summary)

These merchant terms are a structured summary intended to clearly communicate responsibilities. For production use, finalize and review with counsel.

1) Eligibility

You must be a legitimate business selling lawful goods or services.
You must operate a public website or storefront identifying your business and your policies.

2) Merchant of record and customer relationship

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, you are the Merchant of Record for your transactions. You are responsible for:

Product/service delivery and quality
Customer support and communications
Refunds and returns per your published policies
Chargebacks/disputes and any related evidence
Compliance with laws, sanctions, and payment network rules

3) Verification and ongoing monitoring

You may be required to provide business and identity documents, proof of inventory/fulfillment, and other information. You must keep information accurate and up to date.

4) Prohibited and restricted categories

You may not sell prohibited products/services. Restricted categories may require additional review or may not be eligible. See Acceptable Use Policy.

5) Fees and payouts

Fees are disclosed before activation and may depend on your profile. Payout schedules may be adjusted for risk, verification, dispute levels, or compliance needs.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for compliance and risk reasons. Your obligations regarding customers, refunds, and disputes continue after termination where required.
